• Minimum charge is for 10 residues ($250)
• 0.1 mM scale (50-100 mg crude peptide): $25 per residue
• 0.25 mM scale (100-300 mg crude peptide): $40 per residue

• All peptides are cleaved from the resin, resolubilized in appropriate solvent, and analyzed by reversed phase HPLC and mass spectrometry

• Preparative HPLC purification of synthetic peptides: $100 per peptide

• Additional modification of peptides:

  Ø phosphorylation: $100 - $150

Ø acetylation: $15

Ø C-terminal biotin: $175

Ø fluorescent label: $200
