Research Interests

Molecular Biology
Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics - integrate proteomics, bioinformatics and clinical studies in order to elucidate the biochemical basis of immunosuppressant toxicity and obtain a comprehensive biomarker profile for nephrotoxicity following treatment with immunosuppressants.
Biochemistry - Protein digests; protein overexpression, purification, characterization; immunoprecipitation; antibody purification; molecular cloning, cellular transformation.
