    • Structural and functional studies of SarA, SarR, SarS, Rat and their complexes with DNAs.

    • Structure and function studies of RNA polymerase holoenzyme with its regulator proteins from thermus aquaticu.

    • Structural and functional studies of membrane proteins (e.g. pIV, GABA receptors, Ca2+ channels, Na+/K+ channels, and adenylyl Cyclase).

    • Structural and functional studies of signal transduction proteins, apoptotic proteins, and T-cell related proteins.

    • Structural and functional studies of TALL-1 (TNF family member) and its receptors and their signal transduction mechanism.
